How do you ship your packages
Packages delivered from our Australian warehouse are shipped through Australia Post. All other packages from our international suppliers will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Tracking your order
Once your order is placed it will be processed withing 48 hours (business days). When it is picked, packed and posted, we will email you a tracking number with a link to the tracking site. Please note, if you order multiple items you may receive multiple tracking numbers as some of our items are shipped from Australia and some directly from international suppliers.
*For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

SHIPPED FROM INTERNATIONAL 7- 18 business days and on rare occasions +30 business days

Customs & local taxes
We are not responsible for any custom fees or local taxes that may apply to items shipped to your country. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and when they arrive to your country and that you are solely responsible for any costs that may be incurred.
We want you to love your Rock Stuff purchase. If you are not happy with the item you have bought, you have up to 7 days to return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
The cost of the return is to be paid by you with proof of postage, just in case the item is lost on its way back to Rock Stuff. If your item is faulty or not as described we will cover the shipping costs (this does not include if you have purchased the wrong size as all measurements are on the product pages). *Before making any returns, contact us by email for instructions.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at email@example.com for any returns and we will send you instructions from there.
- you must contact us first by email
- your item must be posted within 7 days of delivery.
- the item must be unused.
- pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
- the item must have all tags attached and packaging in order.
- the item is to be returned at your expense, excluding faulty items.
- you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back Rock Stuff, failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
- we reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
